Good questions.
Is it really AI? Is my data safe?
Yes. Labs uses AI to read your statements, sort every transaction and explain your numbers in plain English. When it isn't sure about something, it asks you instead of guessing, and you can change any category yourself.
Your data is used only to run Labs. We never sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models. Labs has read-only access, so it can never move money, and you can delete your account and data anytime in Settings.
Do I need QuickBooks or an accountant?
No. Link your bank, or upload statements from any bank or card, and Labs does the rest. If you already use accounting software, direct connections to QuickBooks, Xero and Digits are coming soon.
Is this ready for my taxes?
Labs gives you planning numbers, including a monthly tax set-aside, but these aren't tax-ready financials. For CPA-ready financials, tax questions, help with your LLC or S corp, or anything else, talk to a Keylight business manager.
Can I ask questions about my numbers?
Yes. Ask Labs lets you ask things like "Who still owes me?" or "How much should I set aside this month?" and answers from your own numbers. Your questions stay private. Our team only sees a chat if you choose to send it to support. Ask Labs is included with Pro and for founding members.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Try it free for 14 days with no card. After that, pay monthly, or yearly and get 2 months free. You can cancel in Settings whenever you like.
